  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • After Shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return items.

2. Return Policy

  • Non-Personalized Products: We accept returns on non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
  • Personalized Products: Personalized items (including those with custom names, photos, or messages) are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds for Non-Personalized Products: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for Defective Personalized Products: If your personalized product is defective, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for personalized products. If you need a different product or size, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

6. Refunds for Orders Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered due to a shipping error or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. If the product cannot be delivered or located, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement item.
